★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was Sunday late afternoon, not many business open on Sunday afternoon, but AIS does. Customer Service was THE BEST. Super friendly, helpful, extremely pleasant! I would recommend this service to anybody! 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend getting your insurance done here. I spent a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes, and was passed on to 3 different employees. NONE of which knew how to register an out of province vehicle. The first employee's computer froze, so I was passed to the next lady. She attempted to learn on the fly, first by using her computer, then manually with physical paperwork. While I was almost one hour in it turned 5`oclock and the lady helping me literally got up and went home passing me off to employee number 3. I realized quickly this final person also did not know what to do, I asked for my paperwork back and said thank you for trying. Drive directly to Sussex at Superstore and was in and out within 8 minutes. Lesson learned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I had issues with renewing my insurance and had to drive to multiple agencies that weren't able to help me. Fortunately, I came across Allied's Fleetwood location. They took the time to help me and get my renewal done. I'll be sure to give them my future business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been getting our insurance from here for almost 20years. Nice family run establishment. One of their employees recently helped me insure three of my cars and helped me find three triple # plates. If i could give them 10 stars I would.

In both cases the staff have been knowledgeable, quick, and quiet friendly. If you are looking for a respectable, and trustworthy insurance business then look no further.

Not sure what happened to warrant the 1-star review from a previous reviewer, but that was totally not my experience. I've recommended Allied to many friends and family, and they've all said their respective experiences were awesome!
