★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li is just fantastic! I would highly recommend him!! We had a Samsung tv 12 years old or so, and wasn’t turning on anymore. Li was fast and prompt and explained everything in excellent detail. He fixed our tv!! We are so happy! If anything else goes, I’m calling Li! He was super nice and very efficient! You will be very satisfied you called him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with my HD tv and called Smile Service. He was able to help me trouble shoot over the phone to help analyse the issue. It was a modem issue rather than with the tv. His service was friendly, informative and honest. I highly recomend Smile Service. To top it off, he provided this service free of charge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left a message on the Smile TV Repair voice mail Sunday evening. At 8:30 am today, Monday he called me back and gave me all the time I needed to discuss my Sony TV situation. I can't give enough praise to someone with such strong business acumen. Needless to say if and when I require TV repair services going forward he's my go to repairman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good people still exist it seems! I had a TV which was only 6 months old from Best Buy which had packed up and I lost the cash receipt. I offered it FOC to him so he could make a profit or give it away if he fixed it. Instead, he told me that Best Buy should have to do something about it even without a receipt. BB tried to get out of it, but one staff member found the transaction and I got a refund. Not only did this guy help me FOC, he called me back on a Sunday to do it. Please support him, good people are hard to find!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave Smile Service a call regarding an issue with our tv. He seems to really know his stuff, he had an idea of what the problem might be just from my description, and advised we buy a new tv rather than fix it based on the cost and how old the tv is, and he even gave a couple suggestions on where we could look and said we could give him a call if we have any other questions, so nice! :)
