About Smile Plumbing & Heating Regina
Smile Heating & Cooling Inc. was created by Genadi Kahanovich, an HVAC professional with more than 10 years experience in the trade. He started his career in 2003 in Israel. And soon he became owner of the Eurogaz company. It was successful and profitable business. Cooperating with Amisragas – one of the biggest gas supply companies in Israel, Eurogaz performed big residential and commercial projects. And Genadi also performed duties as a gas inspector.
He quickly learned the Canadian specifics of the trade. He also put his time and effort into getting Canadian licenses. And now Genadi is a proud holder of a Red Seal Journeymen Plumber license, Red Seal Journeymen Electrician license and Gas Fitter license.
In 2012 he left everything and took his family to Canada following the old dream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned first thing in the morning inquiring about an AC install, Oren came out a few hours later to look at the existing set up and assess what was needed, and within 24 hours the new AC unit was installed! Oren was very friendly and knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything and clearly takes pride in his work and the business. The 2 guys that did the install were professional and polite and got it done very quickly on one of the hottest days of the year without complaining. This company was top notch from start to finish and the price was very competitive as well. Great job! You are a great example of how to run a business.

Not only did they fix the issue, but also took the extra time to show and explain what have to be replaced. It's easy to see, company's goal is to save customer's money as much as it's possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very professional company to deal with. Oren took a lot of time to thoroughly go through what was all required to install both a new furnace and first-time central air unit. He answered all my questions that I had during my research (was also very patient) and made sure not to oversell us. Made some great recommendations. The pricing came in very competitive (much cheaper than the 'big' companies). On install day, they worked a very long 12 hrs to get both installed and even took extra time when I wanted to add a vinyl mounting block for all the pipes to exit the house through instead of just running through the vinyl siding. He made sure to set up the 2-stage thermostat for us, and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company and they will be the ones I call to service the units when needed.

Our furnace needed to be replaced in the middle of winter.
Tuesday our old furnace wouldn’t keep heat in the house and we had company coming in on Thursday.
The crew was able to get in and replace the furnace before our guests arrived! Thank goodness!!
They were quick and clean. They were also very helpful when dealing with insurance. All our questions were answered and they even went above and beyond to give us a quality product at an affordable price.

The owner tried to solve the issue with me on the phone and when that didn't work he quickly came and solved the issue. He explained to me the charges before he came so there was no surprise and it is really affordable. He also gave me some advices related to what he saw about the installation. I will recommend him to anybody that needs furnace work. I am extremely happy of the service and the smile.

We had Oran come to discuss replacing our furnace and possibly add an air conditioner. Then due to circumstances we had to put it all on hold for about a month. It was handled with respect to our needs and no pressure to purchase before we were ready. The cost of the job actually came in a little below the estimation. They arrived at my door on time and completed the job in one day. They really did earn the 5 stars.
