Shannon is his dentist and lets him know everything she's doing so he's comfortable. He even loves getting to chose from the toy tower after!!! I'll be having my 1 year old toddler visit there shortly! Definitely recommend it here!!!
B	Becca Long on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience at smile garden. Initially we had work done by Dr. Olacke, and it was overall a positive experience. She was unrushed and explained all the treatment options available to us when we had to adjust our plan due to complications. Unfortunately, we were back in the office about 6 weeks later because the filling that had just been placed on my daughter's front tooth had fallen out. This time we were seen by Dr. Butler, who had an extremely alarmist attitude, and suggested putting my daughter under general anesthesia to have all the work done, and seemed uninterested in providing alternative treatment plans, citing repeat visits as being "traumatizing". We subsequently returned to our previous dentist to complete the necessary work. The reason I am writing this review is because the stainless steel cap that was placed at smile garden in January 2021 has fallen off without warning. No swelling or pain was observed to suggest that there was an infection or complication with placement. I am beyond frustrated to have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars with, now, nothing to show for it.

They are always very kind and go well beyond standard care to provide children with an amazing experience. I have never had any issues at all and would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for pediatric dentistry.

J	Jill Sackville on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First contacted Dr. Butler after a distressing appointment with a different dentist (he was pushing us to have our 2-yr-old’s upper teeth extracted to the tune of $3,000 AND wouldn’t discuss other options with us unless we paid him more for his time =:-o). Without our having an appointment yet, Dr. Butler took the time on the phone to explain other options, worked with us to take a less drastic approach and saved us years of lovely pictures of our cute kid with all his teeth. :-) Replaced caps that fell out with no additional charge. Been a pleased returning customer for 13 years now. Will be sad when our kid ages out of Smile Garden.

But above that they are extremely cautious about the safety procedures and protocol in order to keep everyone including their own staff safe during these uncertain times. I even have students at my school where I work that know staff at Smile Garden by name and seem to have no nervousness about going there. My daughter had some teeth removed and the dentist as well as the attending staff went above and beyond to put my daughter at ease during the procedure- Thank you Dr. Butler and your entire staff for all you do! Five stars ⭐️ from this family!

I’ve never been to a dentist where I have to submit my own estimates, and pay out of pocket. Super inconvenient. Showed up for crowns and fillings today for my son, was told the dentist working cannot do the crowns, have to come back…. Again. So fed up.
