★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always receive great dental care at Smile Design Dental Care - Stoney Creek East. Today I saw Noel the hygienist and he was great and thorough and very pleasant. Dr Nancy is always so professional and upbeat as well. Lina the receiptionist is always the model of patience, respect, courtesy and efficiency. I highly recommend them all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always look forward to my next visit. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and I love the way the interior of the clinic is designed -- from the lobby to the patient rooms. I do not feel like I am at a dentist office, I feel like I am at home. My favorite are the murals painted on the wall -- the ambience keeps me relaxed and feeling comfortable during my visit. Thank you so much for perfecting my smile. Very happy patient and highly recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally hate the dentist & haven't been in quite sometime. Morgan was great. Very thorough & gentle esp. since i made it known i was a big baby lol. She kept the conversation going to keep my mind off it all, felt like I've known her for years. Super happy i found this office & would recommend to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My kids and I recently had routine cleanings and had the luxury of having Noah as our dental hygienist. He was absolutely amazing with both of my young kids and I was immediately put at ease with his calm energy! Absolutely amazing experience and my kids can’t wait to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very satisfied with my experience at the Smile Design Dental Care even though it took me a long way - from Toronto to Binbrook. Since it was my first time here, Doctor Mena gave me a thorough exam. He explained very honestly and in an easy to understand way on how to fix my teeth problems. Also, Noah performed a completely thorough cleaning. I had not gotten my teeth cleaned for almost 3 years due to the covid. Noah’s cleaning is really beyond my expectation and I appreciate how gentle he was. The whitening service is also great and I already see results. Lisa gave me very detailed information about my insurance coverage at the end. I definitely recommend this clinic, everyone is so nice accommodating.

My Hygienist was a riot, made me feel comfortable and was very very good at her job. 5 stars all day :) See you all again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a cleanup done by Noah and it was a pleasant experience (if being in a dental chair can be classified as such!). Cleaning the lower teeth always has added stress as the mouth has to remain widely open. He frequently took a few seconds to allow relaxing of my jaw. This helped reduce the stress on my jaw (I appreciate this)
His friendly demeanor is nice and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

I would also like to express my thanks to all the staff who ensured I was ready to leave by a certain time. Much appreciated! My overall impression of Smile Design has been extremely positive. Everyone I have come into contact with has been very kind and friendly.
