Various massage techniques may be used in addition to Swedish massage such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, silicone cupping, lymphatic drainage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), as well as exercise therapy. This treatment will involve more communication and participation from you as the client throughout the treatment process.
Initial treatments will include a consultation and postural assessment, which will help establish an appropriate proposed treatment plan.
