Since that time our relationship has expanded to one where she does our personal taxes and the accounting for the small business my husband and I own. They "dropped the ball" on my account then ignored me for months. When I requested my files back to go somewhere that would show care for their clients they ignored my requests for two months. When they finally returned my books they gave me over 2k in bills without ever actually helping or doing anything. They never quoted me any prices prior and never charged me until I wanted to switch accountants. I really hope this review saves someone else 7 months of financial setbacks at this business. I filed my own personal taxes and they still put that on the bill. Beware!
