Done 3 years prescription of my doctor never they phoned me for a follow-up in saint-jean-sur-richelieu they totally lack of professionalism! Very disapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon chum appelle pour des renseignements, la secrétaire est très froide et le fais sentir mal à l'aise. Premier rendez-vous en mars, on est en juillet et pas encore de machine et il a été diagnostiqué qu'il fesait de l'hapnee. Très mauvais service.
My boyfriend calls for information, the secretary is very cold and make him feel uncomfortable. First appointment in March, it is July and not yet a machine and it was diagnosed that he was making haphane. Very bad service.

I paid $ 190 in March to have my results the fastest for my surgery with my hospital request waiting ... he sent my results in JUNE to MY DOCTOR AND NOT TO HOSPITAL AND NOT TO GOOD ADDRESSE ..... VOILA my operation was canceled. ... never oxygen Granby

J'ai envoyé un courriel à trois entreprises du secteur d'activité de l'apnée du sommeil avec des questions, en prenant soin de mentionner que je désir recevoir les réponses par courriel. Les deux autres entreprises ont répondu à toutes mes questions par courriel. Or, un membre du personnel de Sleep Solutions Sommeil m'a contacté par téléphone parce c'était plus facile pour elle. Donc, dès le départ, ils ne sont pas à même de respecter la demande d'un client potentiel. De plus, la personne était quelque peu agressive, un peu comme si mon courriel l'avait embêté. J'ai donc eu un aperçu amère de leur service à la clientèle.
I do not recommend this place. I have emailed three companies in the sleep apnea industry with questions, being careful to mention that I would like to receive responses via email. The other two companies answered all my questions by email. However, a member of the staff at Sleep Solutions Sommeil contacted me by phone because it was easier for her. So from the start, they are not able to meet the request of a potential customer. Also, the person was a little aggressive, as if my email had bothered him. So I got a bitter glimpse of their customer service.

En tant que clients nous n'avons même pas droit à nos informations tels rapport médical posant le diagnostique, lectures des cartes mémoire, etc. Sans avoir a payer des frais a chawue fois et ce surtout si on a besoin des info pour aller acheter ailleurs etant donné leur service pourri depuis mon dernier achat chez eux... ils me prouvent encore aujourdhui que leur poche ($$$) prime sur le bien du client!!
Company more in the money than there for the good of the customers. As customers we are not even entitled to our information such as medical report making the diagnosis, readings of memory cards, etc. Without having to pay fees every time and especially if you need the info to go and buy elsewhere given their lousy service since my last purchase from them ... they still prove to me today that their pocket ($$$) is premium for the good of the customer !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'hésite entre le terme Crosseur ou Voleur... Ma facture pour 1 masque , 1 tubulure et un bol est monté a 425$ tax compris... Il m'ont vendu le masque 275$, sur amazon le même masque se vend 125$ (2.2x le prix) . La tubulure ,il me l'on vendu 75$, sur amazon la même coute 25$ (3x le prix) et pour finir le bol il me l'on vendu 75$, sur amazon 30$ (2.5x le prix). Donc sur amazon avec tax j'aurais payer 218$ au lieux de 425$, ces ÉNORME comme différence, ont ne parle plus d'une simple ''Cut'' ont parle littéralement de fourré les gens qui avait une confience aveugle en leur professionalisme ! Et le plus beau de tout l'hisoire ces quand tu demande un remboursement, même si tout les objets sont seller il vont t'obstiner qu'il ne peuvent pas les reprendre sous pré-texte médical... OK j'aurais compis si je l'avais déballer et mis dans mon visage , mais si l'objet est encore dans sont embalage seller et qu'il n'est pas ouvert , je ne comprend pas leur ''politique''. Après il est mentionné sur la facture qu'il se doivent de reprendre et de remboursé tout objet encore seller (Donc il ne respect même pas leur propre facture et leur dire(politique)). Mais il est stipulé que des frais administratif de 20% vont être exigé ... Donc ... 20% de 425$ = 93$ .... Des frais administratif EXORBITANT parce qu'il n'y a aucune administration avec ces items retourné, parce qu'il les prennes tout simplement et les remette dans le Backstore en attendant un autre ''poisson''. Donc juger par vous même lequelle des 2 termes du début leur convient le mieux. Quoi qu'il en soit , je vous déconseille d'acheter vos item a cette endroit , car même si vous ne les acheter pas là , vos assurence vont payer sans problème et vos impot les déduirons aussi.

They sold me the mask for $275, on amazon the same mask is sold $125 (2.2x the price) . Et si par hasard vous voulez vous plaindre... eh bien ''aller ailleurs'' qu'on vous réponds!
