Lisa went above and beyond to get me into the place I wanted and made this huge life change super easy. A	AM Chronnell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a year since it opened and there's definitely been some growing pains, and still room for improvement - but overall its a decent place to live. They lose a star for raising the new rental prices by over 25% though - that's a shocking price change for a place that announced itself as affordable housing on its inception. New property managers Schildla and Lennox are a great team and quick to respond whenever I've had a question or concern, as well as trying to organize community events (albeit online right now). I'm hoping the company invests properly in the gardens this year as they were very sad indeed last year.

Garbage's over flowing, parking a nightmare even if you're paying for your spot, dog run garbage always overflowing, awful snow removal efforts, hallways always dirty and smelly. I get its tough to keep up with some things but it's been pretty ridiculous lately. I'm not one to make reviews like this but I'm at the point that I'm looking for new places to live. I dont even know our new property managers name, there's been no effort to communicate with the community like the previous management which was amazing to deal with. I love the apartment itself, although its clearly built cheaply, it's very modern and a nice size but the atmosphere is just not what it used to be. Not impressed, especially with the price of rent we have to pay.

I love living here I have some wonderful neighbours and some of the tenants are always willing to help you . I also got the privilege to meet our new management director Shildla and her husband. They are both very nice and if you have any concerns about anything they are here to fix the problem no matter what !! They will both go out of their way to make sure things are dealt with right away. I hope I get to live here for many years to come. Sincerely. Francoise.
T	Taya McGlame on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love living here! The apartment is very nice and the people here are amazing. We love that they have a dog run for the fur babies. This is the first apartment where they have events for the tenants to attend. The events are always different and try to make something for everyone to enjoy. The atmosphere here is great.
J	Jules Streutker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sincerely disappointed in property management and how new guidelines were implemented. Rent was fair and our unit was clean when we moved in. Yet with a newbuild, you wouldn't expect a disaster of a parking lot, days without running water and garbage left overflowing to the ground for weeks. There was a great manager at first, Lisa, who did her best despite the circumstances. Then once she left it got immensely worse. Would not recommend.

The place seems to be good quality, but as I have not lived there for too long, I will have to update my review after living for a longer period of time. Location: Pretty good, quite close to a lot of amenities. If you walk, the location isn't quite as good, as getting back to the apartment is an uphill climb. Carrying groceries walking uphill can be quite a work out. Services: Security is pretty standard, uses a dongle to get in. The locker system for packages is nice. Has a buzzer system that you can link with your phone, so you can let guests in. View: Can vary based on which room you get. My room faces the parking lot and the other building, so the view is mediocre. I know that some rooms can face the lakeside, which gets a much better view. Overall pretty happy, would recommend.
M	Mana Moghadam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved in to this building recently and I love it. Although Schildla was away on my move day, she had arranged everything perfectly and made my move so easy. She followed up when she was back to see if I need anything. Tania helped me on my move day and she was amazing, I called her maybe 10 times and she was kind and caring every single time! The building is also has a nice interior design with high quality appliances. They have secure post box. Security camera in all common spaces. And a really nice view.
