★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent the first 30 mins having expensive products pushed onto me, the girl who was supposed to be giving me a facial completely forgot. I reminded her why I was there as she was escorting me to the counter to pay for these products. Then she ended up rushing my Hydrafacial which lasted less than 15mins, she used a Blue light which was extra without asking, didn’t give me a massage or apply any serums. Honestly the most rushed and horrible facial I’ve ever had. All up I spent over $300 on a really bad experience. Never again! Also, Felt the tension in the room when I decided not to buy said products !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mom and I came in for a last minute facial to treat ourselves but have to say considering the time (35mins)spent on the actual procedure(and it was a procedure)and the cost…it was not what we expected. The Hydrafacial was very mechanical and impersonal with bright lights overhead to boot…not at all relaxing or comfortable! Technician and receptionist were awesome though❣️

SKIN prince george location offers professional and supportive services to help you feel confident in your skin/body. My technician- Aranny's- constant care and encouragement throughout my treatment kept me going and helped me trust the process and today I am happy with my results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent NINE SESSION’S with an employee that I did NOT request. She used the WRONG laser for my hair type the whole time. Not until a different employee took my appointment and notified me of the error and did NOT correct it. I asked for makeup appointments, not even the full nine, just a few, and was told “that’s not how it works.” I was never refunded for their mistake and felt very taken advantage of. They guaranteed that the my hair should be gone before the end of my package, which my hair was not due to their error.
I would not recommend this spa, from my experience and felt very uncomfortable when trying to deal with this mishap. Will not be returning unfortunately.

Compared to a previous experience at another medical spa in town, it was like night and day. Dr. Slabbert, Nicole, and staff, were all very kind and welcoming. Their level of care an professionalism will definitely keep me as a repeat client. Thanks again!
