โ โ โ โ โ Terrible company. Would give 0 stars if I could. They are scammers, will take your money and won't sign you up for a course. Will make up rules in their favour to not refund you or give you credit. Highly suggest finding a more reputable life support training company.

I have worked with them for almost 3 years now and we are always striving to find the best way to help someone by providing the best learning experience possible. How can we help them be ready and even to thrive in the face of a medical emergency? When people take courses with us, we want them to feel that we made the best use of the time, energy, and resources they invested with us. On a more personal level, I feel that I work with a dynamic supportive team that cares about each other and the people we serve.

โ โ โ โ โ I did my ACLS certification and re-certifications with Skillstat and each time it has been a great experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, fun and kind, and they don't make you feel dumb for making mistakes when you're the Team Leader in practice scenarios. There's a good balance of classroom and practical skills. Their website is easy to navigate through. Payment is easy and straightforward. I've yet to experience any issues with payment or refunds so I can't speak to that.
