I did not have a pleasant experience at SkiBig 3. It had been my first time renting skis from this place, and I was immediately met with hostility from this young man at the front desk named Alex. I had wanted to know the process of renting skis, but rather was spoken down too. (note, I am an older lady and was wanting to know more information in regards to skiing equipment/performance since it had been a while from my last ski trip.) There was another gentleman in the back that was much friendlier, but the initial greeting left a sour taste. I am disappointed and would hope other customers have a much better experience with the staff. Perhaps the young man can use more training for his given role. I ended up leaving the shop and decided not to rent the skis from there.

We bought lift tickets at Ski Big 3 on a Black Friday Flash sale that we thought were 25% off and only found out when we were at Lake Louise and Sunshine that it would have been cheaper to buy direct through the ski resorts. I do not recommend buying lift tickets from ski big 3 and would not recommend their service to anyone.

Very knowledgeable in helping us with our booking with any questions we had, and were there for us the whole trip. We had an unfortunate issue with our hotel closing due to covid and they took care of everything to get us set up in a new hotel with minimal stress to us while others that didnt use them were left to find stuff on their own. One of the best booking companies I have ever used.

This service is phenomenal! It really takes all the painful and annoying tasks related to getting passes, rentals and accommodations out of the way. We arrived to our hotel and the concierge gave us our passes for the trip. We were afterwards able to go get fitted for our ski rentals that we needed the next day and Ski Big 3 dropped them off that evening at our resort. We also used the free bus service that comes with purchasing through Ski Big 3 to avoid having to park and were able to visit 2 hills with the same pass. I can’t say for certain if this is cheaper than going about getting your accommodations, passes and rentals yourself but if it isn’t I will say that not having to deal with all that and having more time to enjoy your stay is definitely worth the extra money spent. Would recommend this service to anyone visiting Banff to ski.

They were very rude. They were very nice when I was purchasing tickets and renting ski gear. When I went back for questions they completely invalidated me. They have a manner of saying things while you are purchasing items. Once you come back and ask them about what they promised. They said that if I did all three ski lifts that I would get a map. I went back to the store and they made up some excuse as to why I couldn’t. I rented my skis and bought my tickets from big3. My friend had a very traumatic skiing experience and wanted to return her skis early and they were extremely rude to her to the point where she was physically shaking.

Great company! Very helpful and attentive staff making the rental process easy and painless. Really appreciated that on our spring break trip this year with our kids. We booked a room and rentals and multi day pass package and it was a great deal and very simple. Highly recommend!

Purchased online a 2 Day lift ticket less then 24 hours before arrival and had NO ISSUE picking up my passes from the Adventure Hub (ski Store). Perfectly located on Banff Ave, walking distance to our hotel. I didn't book early enough to ensure the passes were waiting for me when I checked in, but that is an AMAZING service offered!! Skiing BOTH Lake Louise & Sunshine Mountain in one weekend.... PERFECT!! Saved a little money and had the best of Banff & Lake Louise!

Don't bother with buying Ski Big3 lift tickets, it is much cheaper to buy the mountain card from the ski resort or from costco and ama. My 1st and only experience with Big3 adult ski 3 day within 5 day ticket was terrible as it only worked 2 out of 3 days as opposed to 3 that is advertised. The ticket failed to scan at Lake Louise for the 3rd visit on the 5th day. As I mentioned the problem to Steve the manager, he refused to resolve the problem. The ticket was obtained from a multiple stranger organized tour group, and unless we go through the trouble to bother multiple people to trace down the exact original purchaser, they wouldn't help us. The hours i spent on calling and emailing them has already exceeded the value of the ticket. The customer service at Sunshine and Lake Louise has no idea how to check the status of the ticket nor resolve any issue for you on site. When I called both the Ski Big 3's 403 and 1-844 number to check the status of the pass (after using 2 out of 3 days), four agents reports different status to me (some said it is valid, some said it is never used, and some said the ticket is not recognizable). Very disorganized.
