Had a horrible experience here. I speak English and asked for a lesson in English. Booked a max5 lesson, and ended up with a Mexican couple. The instructor spoke only Spanish with them. He gave me 2 generic tips in English (keep shoulders down and do circles when turning), but no other instructions. I fell twice and the instructor didn’t ask if I was OK or helped in any way, they just kept speaking with the couple in Spanish. Come lunch time I left the lesson. Whistler did not have a phone number I could call to file a complaint or get help. They asked me to take the gondola down and find some building to chat in person, which would make me lost at least an hour of my ski day.

Thank you Christine, Jane, Barbie, Brenda, and Kelsey for an amazing weekend Women's Ski Camp this past weekend. Your care and customer service are unparalleled and I learned SO much. I'll be back! #firstmogulrunever

For what they have the confidence to charge, you’re allowed to expect absolute world class. That’s not what I got, and I could only get a meager 50% refund. Don’t get your lessons here.

OMG I just went through the most painful cancellation process of all time. If you're ordering online, it's easy and quick but make sure you are 100% going lol if not, good luck cancelling. I'd give it -5starts if I can. Thanks whistler. For what you charge, I expect you'd at least give a decent customer service experience.
