The people are wonderful, the location is good, and the food is superb! 2021 - We come from out of town to eat here. Have never had a bad experience. Yes - they do seem abrupt at times, but you can find that anywhere. Not a deal breaker. New readers - please support local and give this place the chance they deserve!

So I got to the restaurant at 3:30 and the girl at the front said “oh we just starting preparing your order now so it’ll be be ready within an hour.” This is by far one of the worst service I’ve had from an Indian restaurant in winnipeg. I understand that they could fall behind in time, but the least they could’ve done was give me a call as they took down my number for the order. I was one of their regulars, and I will not be returning due to their unprofessionalism.

I honestly can't understand why people feel the need to complain about the owner. I have always found the staff her to be friendly and the service excellent, some people are complainers, simple as that. Restaurateurs' are under a lot of pressure, cut them some slack!
