She led Architectural consultancy as a Principal Architect through complete development lifecycle of medium to large scale projects averaging $40M. Her projects included architectural consultancy & design for automobile dealerships of Audi, Volkswagen, Ford, Hyundai, and other international brands. She has substantial expertise in designing commercial and educational buildings, Industrial master plans and community development plans. Neelima’s recent collaborative work on bringing back Main street project challenge received recognition from RAIC & CUI in 2020.
