★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très difficile pour avoir une rendez (+ de 1 mois), après plusieurs demande, ils ont envoyé un technicien sans expériences pour l'évaluation des travaux. 1 mois après toujours pas reçu de soumission. J'ai relancé Siscom, et ils ont refusé de faire une soumission sachant que nous avions déjà reçu une soumission d'un autre fournisseur de produits de télé conférence. Il m'ont fait perdre du temps. le représentant a été aussi très insultant et condescendant. Je suis amèrement déçu de cette entreprise et je ne recommande pas leurs services.
Very difficult to have an appointment (more than 1 month), after several requests, they sent a technician with no experience to assess the work. 1 month after still no submission received. I relaunched Siscom, and they refused to bid knowing that we had already received a quote from another supplier of conference calling products. They made me waste time. the representative was also very insulting and condescending. I am bitterly disappointed with this business and I do not recommend their services.
