Fun place to go, $20 for the whole day (4-8). Lots of songs, but sometimes a song isn't available. Also with the UI, it can be difficult to search for foreign songs with an English title. I've been here several times and I love it

I was amazed by the size of every room since it was the biggest I have ever seen in Canada. They have a "happy hour" which charges $20 for each person until a specific time (Sorry I forgot the details). However, if you do arrive after happy hour, then the typical charging method - minimum spending - kicks in, which you must spend more than a specific amount of money on foods and drinks.

My first time at karaoke. The rooms are really nice and the place has a great atmosphere. The drawbacks are that the song navigation menu is only in Chinese (however songs/artists can still be searched in English). Additionally, the videos aren't the greatest quality with the lyrics sometimes being inaccurate. However, I had a fun time and would still recommend.

The ktv menu is slow and buggy. Definitely should upgrade your software!

Came here for happy hour with my friends twice. The facilities seem really new and clean. The song selection interface is a little bit difficult to use but not too bad. No outside food allowed and the food offered is pretty expensive for what you get.

The song selection machine is very frustrating to use. If you’re going to sing K-pop I advise you to learn Korean beforehand because they ordered the songs alphabetically in Korean and the lyrics are in Korean too. So yeah have fun with that. Food and drinks are pretty expensive ($11 for instant noodles). Otherwise, the place is really clean and spacious and nice.

Sirens is quite expensive so remember to ask about the prices upfront! 1) System and songs The system had technical issues. It would always skip a song for some reason. However, it was relatively easy to use once we got the hang of it. As well, I think the songs selection was good but it would expand. There was some popular songs that we couldn’t find. 2) Service The employees were super sweet. Even though there was a few hiccups, they explained to us and made sure we had a great service. Especially the girl in the red hair and guy with dyed highlights! 3) Transparency It would be nice if the website and social media was updated, with the food and drinks menu. 4) Room and Cleanliness The place looks amazing! Felt very fancy and the tables lit up?! 5) Food and Drinks Popcorn chicken and fries were around $8. Loved the popcorn chicken and fries it was seasoned nicely btw! But the portions are quite small. The mixed pitcher didn’t really taste like alcohol but the green tea mixed with Jack Daniels was sooo delicious - all the girls liked it so would recommend! The strawberry slushy was also yummy. 6) Recommendations If you are trying to budget, I would recommend eating and drinking before you sing. BUT if you want to have the full experience, remember to bring a marker to indicate your cups. Our party got confused with which ones were ours. As well, booking a room at the minimum rate is more ideal. For example, we were a party of 15 and had to spend up to $390 on Sunday for the whole night. The $70 is included in the price and we could spend money on food and drinks $320. 7) Main suggestions for the company - Updated and fix the system - Add to the song selection - Provide more mics for bigger rooms ( we only had 2 for 15 people ) - Have more information on your website and social mediaa
