About Simply Massage
I am a Registered Massage Therapist with 2200hours. I graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy program in Calgary. I am registered with MTAA, running my own practice from my home studio in Cochrane, Alberta.
At 20 years old, I joined the Metropolitan Police in London where I served approximately 8 years. My boyfriend then, husband now moved to Calgary, Alberta in 2006. Once here, I stayed within the legal field and became a Bylaw Officer. However, over the years and as much as I loved helping people, the majority of the time that people call 'Law Enforcement' is when something bad has happened. I wanted a career in which people wanted to come to me, not run away!
I have had plenty of experience getting massages - my phiolosopy is to have as many as possible from as many different therapists then when you find 'The One' - stick with them no matter what - massage is very subjective and not every therapist is for the same person, but they are like gold once you find that 'One'.
I am trained in Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, TMJD, Infant Massage, Relaxation Massage, Myofascial Cupping & Rapid NFR. I like to work closely with each one of my clients, this enables me to build a specific treatment plan tailored to their needs.
During my second year at Vicars I completed a case study on 'Fibromyalgia' - this has given me a keen interest helping those who suffer with this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I graduated from 2200 hours massage school, I booked simply massage for a relaxation and remedial massage in two months ahead for my special graduation retreat. I am so happy I did it for myself because It is worthy it even driving 30 minutes from the city to her place.
It was the amazing massage experience. I think it is worth my time and the money as my pain and stress has been released and I felt the sense of wellbeing. She was working with my pain tolerance and she cares about my conditions as well. Amazing technique and I am highly recommended it to everyone who want to release the pain and stress.
