★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply put, Mark and Ali listen. Then they apply their skills and knowledge. Sometimes they research and make suggestions for change. That might be dietary, lifestyle, breathing, meditation, etc. The final result...ALWAYS positive. For me, Going to Flourish Clinic has changed my life! The expert advice and techniques used by both Ali and Mark along with their intense desire to provide the very best care have taken 40+ years of chronic pain away and dealt with osteoarthritic issues that my doctor could not do anything about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is your Medical Doctor (Family Doctor) running out of ideas to help get you healthy? This practise is worth your time! Dr Mark Volmer was able to figure out my lingering medical concerns and issues. I have never felt so heard and understood. He was able to figure out the cause of my ailments and even provided support in areas I didn’t even think were an issue... AND THEY WERE. My final follow up with Dr Volmer was met with smiles and glowing satisfaction that I am in excellent overall health all because of Dr Volmer’s assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan. What he suggested to me worked and he even took the time to tell my why it would work. I have already recommended him to friends and my family. Thank you Dr Volmer.

His depth of knowledge is second only to his genuine caring for people. He wants to heal. He strives to ensure you only need the treatment you need. Ali's manual therapy has been invaluable in healing my muscle and organ systems from high volumes of physical training. I have recently began seeing Mark to help balance a hormone issue. His expertise, research and science based approach is far beyond what I've received from many other health practitioners. He takes the time to answer all of your questions and will not rush you out of your consult. I highly recommend the Flourish Clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel super grateful for being led to Mark...he's been an important part of my journey in understanding what's been behind my fatigue, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, etc. I was diagnosed with SIBO almost 5 years ago now and it's never fully gone away; I saw several naturopaths that handed me a "one size fits all" protocol to treat it with dietary modifications/supplements. It seemed that nobody I saw really tried to understand what was going on in my specific body and also at a deeper level, in terms of what was actually causing the SIBO in the first place.
Which is why I'd 100% recommend Mark. As a functional medicine doctor, his approach is different from that of a typical naturopath. He's EXTREMELY thorough (he's super smart/knowledgable) and looks at all of your body's systems and their interrelationships in order to understand exactly what's uniquely going on for you and what's at the root of your issues. One thing I really appreciated about Mark is that he never tried to push supplements on me (something that, in my experience, a lot of naturopaths tend to do because they make extra money off of them) and he also didn't recommend extra/unnecessary tests (again, something that's typical of naturopaths). He was also very understanding of my values when it came to the things I felt were important to pay attention to, which I really appreciated. He made sure I was fully comfortable and on board with all of his recommendations and we also worked together to find solutions for certain things.
Don't hesitate to work with him! He's the best. Thanks Mark for everything you've done to help me. <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great practice for massage and acupuncture. Owners/therapists seem to legitimately care about the people they are working with. Comfortable environment. There's no sense of judgement from the therapists either. The only down side is that it is typically a long wait to get in. If you have an event you are preparing for or know you will need care in the future, definitely book ahead of time.
