Didn't listen anything good about this place. They harass truck drivers. They told me to set truck on dock.
As i did so and did everything else perfect i.e. reefer temperature and oll. After 3 hurs later They told me that they can't load me be coz it's flat floor it'was Friday they run my all day and weeked ? i had been twice pick load with same trailer and same door but
I also listened same things from other drivers here.
So TRUCK DRIVERS be ready for the best service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multi-million dollar company and they can't even spend a few bucks for some signs so truckers know where to go and how they want things to be done. They think the world revolves around them, so obviously it is my fault for not knowing their procedures when I'm here for the first time. I guess I should have brought my crystal ball along. Then they have the audacity to berate you about it. What a joke of a place. And just to add insult to injury, they waste your time too. They clearly disrespect you and your hours. Stay away from this place if you value your mental health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place, they do not respect the appointment time, they do not respect the order of arrival of the trucks, there is no sign giving at least a clue to the driver where he should go. More than 7 hours to pick up a load here, even arriving on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place to work. They have no training systems in place, no growth. The supervisor all have a different way to make the same product and no actual consistency. Seems like the supervisor are always hindering each other with the decisions that they make while running their shift.
The morale is very low, there is no teamwork and no proper training. The turnover rate is high for the way people are treated there.
I would NOT RECOMEND this company

2 Bring D/L and start self check in using the kiosk.
3 Provide seal number for inspection door if you have.
4 once loaded, shipper will walk with you to put seal.
5 Check the overall weight on the way out.
