★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my silver Gray BMW 328i sedan car to this company in March 2021 with all my doors locking & opening normally, only for 3 of my door lock actuators to be stolen by Sam the technician working on my car who also rides a BMW. When I reported to the manager, he completely denied. 2 Days after collecting my car, with my car parked overnight on my driveway unlocked, a mysterious car came to my street at about 3 am, luckily I came out to the driveway at that time, just instinctively. I had a very horrible experience with this company. People BEWARE!

Sam and Macky are very helpful and professional. 10/10 would recommend them for all your auto body or car repairs! They got it done in a timely manner and detailed my car too, which was a nice surprise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly and eager to assist. Droped my car off, they called my rental car and had me picked up, excellent service. Repairs were done before expected and look great. Can't even tell there was any damage. If I need any future work, I head there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had any of my cars damaged before, so when my car got hit and had over $3000 of damages, I was quite Stressed out about the whole process of dealing with insurance and a bodyshop. But Sam’s team at Simplicity car care made the whole process so smooth and went above and beyond in their customer care. If you need your car repaired and you wanna deal with an honest team who cares about you, You should give them a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my brand new 4runner to Sam. Someone scraped up the drivers side in a parking lot. Only 2 months old. He did an amazing job, cleared everything up, and it looks like new again! Sam is very thorough, so helpful, and knowledgeable. The staff are great, friendly and ready to help! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot express how grateful I am for the Crew at Simplicity North! I was quoted to have my car fixed after 2 months from when I dropped off my car due to back ordered parts but they had gone above and beyond to search for the correct parts in other ways to have my car fixed as soon as possible and was done within a couple weeks! The team was so so nice and even went out of their way to do minor paint fixes that wasn’t part of the original plan that I was amazed and very happy to see! I am beyond grateful for the amazing work they put into my car and I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone in need of their services!
