I would recommend them over any big box store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to upgrade my computer as it would not accept windows 10. Contacted simple solutions, having used them on a previous occasion. After a couple of questions to find out what my requirements are, they suggested a reconditioned unit at a very reasonable price. Took my old computer in and picked up my new unit the next day and also downloaded all my old information. Great to have knowledgeable people in a small local store. Glad I did not go to a big box store. The unit so far is working great. Thank you.?
