★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En dénichant ce commerce sur Internet, je fus d'abord vraiment impressionné par les prix. À peine croyable! Mais, c'est le service à la clientèle qui m'a vraiment jeté par terre. Un exemple? J'ai effectué ma première commande en avril. Nous sommes en juin et je découvre qu'un des morceaux n'éclaire pas de la bonne couleur (petite erreur à l'expédition). Sans poser de questions, ils m'ont envoyé une pièce de remplacement, sans frais et dans les plus brefs délais... et ce, deux mois plus tard et sans preuve. Je n'ai même pas eu à retourner l'autre produit. Comme quoi les "petites places" sont non seulement abordables mais surtout humaines et précieuses! Je recommanderai souvent, très certainement!
 When I found this business on the Internet, I was first really impressed with the prices. Hardly believable! But, it was the customer service that really knocked me down. An example? I made my first order in April. We are in June and I discovered that one of the pieces does not light up in the right color (small error during shipping). Without asking any questions, they sent me a replacement part, free of charge and as soon as possible ... and this, two months later and without proof. I didn't even have to return the other product. It just goes to show that the "small places" are not only affordable but above all human and precious! I will recommend often, most definitely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick to answer calls, Bought adaptor 9V, Robot kit diy, and servo controller.. The items were the cheapest(Compared to amazon, huge price difference). The sensors are so cheap to buy, one coffee = 1 sensor. Picked up from the store. Will buy again soon.
