They went the extra mile and cleaned the glass out of the bed and interior of the truck and no tape marks were left on the outside of my truck from my temporary patch job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never request or use Sylvester Glass. Requested a quote for windows. A date to provide the quote via email was provided to come to the property. That day, Mike said he couldn’t come so have a new date and time. That day he was a no show. I called him and he said he has a business to run and couldn’t be there. I told him I was a customer and his business- this is when he hung up on me.
Absolutely the worst service ever-. No care of compassion at all. Wasted my time
I would give him a zero star if that was an option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were travelling along highway 4 head north towards North Battleford. We got a stone chip in our windshield. We phoned ahead to Silvester's and they were courteous and helpful. We arrived and they quickly fixed the stone chip and got us back on the road. Friendly, helpful, efficient!

They personally drove me to and from the mall so I could have something to do while waiting for my car and not be walking in the horrendous heat that day ??

Moses and Bob spent parts of two days replacing them, their work was impeccable. They clean up after themselves and cleaned the windows as well. Mike is fortunate to have there fine gentleman on staff.
There was a snag with our first booking date, but quickly set up another one.

A big thank you to Mitch, his install team and Mike for going above and beyond any expectation we had. The Silvester team was easy to work with and very accommodating... Even our retro faux shutters don't look so bad anymore! Thank you for giving our house a much-needed update and making this process effortless and enjoyable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner has a short fuse. Careful on the invoice ....you will no doubt find extra charges. How about....window disposal fees of 800.00 to take to the city dump. Like really how on earth is this reasonable given my home is 1 km away from the dump. This was a gouge and extra grab for cash .... not good i lost instant respect for this company .... nothing was mentioned up front on this charge. i would have taken windows myself for this cost ....
