★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad has taken me here since I was a child, and I'm happy to have taken my kids. This is a fun experience for a child and even an adult, catch some trout with the family. They charge you an entrance fee but subtract it when you pay for your fish (if you keep any, I think that's how it works), nice little farm animals and friendly dog to say hi too. Outhouse available too.

Staff was super friendly, and a cute dog comes to greet you at the enterance! Me and my friends caught rainbow trout within minutes! Not costly. and very tasty. Look past all of those negative reviews those were people having a bad day. they even provide a bag of ice to put your fish in. By the way, try putting on a huge chunk of bait, it will catch you plenty! When I opened my fish to gut it there were no parasites or rot in the fish. this place keeps their fish nice and healthy. Silverbrook-u-catch is the way to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to bring kids, if you want a quick catch. We wanted fresh fish for supper, and struck out on the river. I caught a 16 incher! It was $100 for our 5 trout, which is comparable to most grocery stores, but this was SUPER fresh?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted my time to drive there, they were closed. It was Friday April 29th, 11AM, and their web site said it should be open but it was closed. I also called them before leaving but they didn’t pickup the phone, and the answering machine said to check their updated web site. I’m not going to take my chances again and will spend my bucks elsewhere. You can imagine how my kids felt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other reviews say, they are not friendly. And i personally confirmed it...it's really true. They're unfriendly and rude.
You can't eat there.
No chairs but you can't bring your own chair either... so prepare to be standing for quite some time.
You can only use their bamboo fishing pole (too big for small children). We brought a kiddie fishing pole for our kid but the guy said "approach me if your backpacks and the fishing pole are all in your car".
Too much "DON'TS".
The washroom is disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This amount of time to catch a fish was seconds. There was a lot of hungry fish in the pond. You pay 10 dollars to enter and you pay by the length of the fish which comes off the price if the fish when it gets measured. The experience was fun but rushed.
