Then you'll get a message saying they are transferring the product between logistics centers and would you like a different product? No? OK, then it'll ship out next week. But then you'll get a different message saying thank you for your payment. But wait, next message says your payment will clear the next week. Maybe they'll ship then, maybe not. Then you'll get a message wanting you to confirm you've happily received your order, click here! Here is a link for "Yes, I received my order." Where is the link for "No, I have not." Why there is no link for that... Anyway. it's hard to recommend this company when others have comparable products and might actually ship your order in a timely fashion rather than play games. Addendum: I increased rating from 1 to 3. They did call within the day and clear up the confusion and seem interested in improving communications. I therefore wouldn't write them off completely.

However, my coin came inside a small zip lock bag. Am thinking a zip lock bag is surely not same as a “plastic flip sleeve”!!!

There's no reason anything should take longer than five business days to ship to anywhere in Continental U.S. I gave two stars for the slow shipping, I would have given four stars had I received the items within a week, as the prices are competitive. Shipping should also be free at any purchase level, as you are making plenty of profit on the above spot amounts and coin mark ups.
