He communicates concepts clearly and gives good quality constructive feedback. Furthermore, the instructor contacts learners via email, text message, or phone call for scheduling and registration of the course with efficiency and short turn-around time. I would strongly recommend taking first aid / life support courses offered by heart and stroke foundation with Dr. Pulse.
