★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambiance is very good. I was expecting the maître or a waiter to speak Portuguese, but the ones that came to our table have not.
Menu has Portuguese names and delicious food.
Try the Portuguese lager beer they have and don't skip desert : Pastéis de Nata.

Server was amazing, food was delicious. Staff was professional, bathrooms are clean. You want a decent menu? Awesome choice of tapas? Chic atmosphere? Professional front and back of house Staff? This is it ladies, gentlemen and non binaries, eat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the caldeirada : shrimps are real in size and taste and deveined - which is good. Warm and consistent service without being on your face either. Some of my companions ordered the paella, others ordered the beef cheeks and they were all pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gem in the heart of Old Longueuil. I had a fantastic experience in their reception room a few years back. Amid the pandemic, our family opted for take-out that we enjoyed at a nearby park. We ordered a whole chicken with all the trimmings: salad, rice, fries, piri-piri sauce, fresh baked bread. We also couldn't resist ordering the Natas and Sumol. Thanks Jason and team for the great lunch...and leftovers for supper!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg! I don't understand why this place doesn't have a 5 star.
The service was top notch. They were so accommodating to allergies and went out of their way to make us comfortable.
And food.... Wow! Everything was amazing!! Especially the peppercorn sauce. Holy Moly! I highly recommend the steak ? yummmmmmm.
We will definitely going back next time we are in Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed a few things I liked on the menu were not available. La bouillaise had too many potatoes..overall was good. next time when reserving I will make sure they have what I like. Waiter was excellent.. very attentive. good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summary : great authentic food but a little oily, nice service but not the best table although we reserved.
I reserved for a family dinner on their terrace which looks nice in the photos, unfortunately got the entrance door table which is not what I expected.
However, considering their kind gesture to go find our baby a high chair (from another store) I give them extra for effort. They did warn us that they didn't have one although they should but still. The food is delish and very authentic, a bit oily for most plates. Lovely staff and owner.
Four stars for great potential!
