Sign Waterproofing Inc did A great job fixing cracks and plugging rod holes in our basement. They were one of the few companies that I didn’t just try to sell us an entire waterproofing system in our basement as we only had some minor water issues. Price ended up being reasonable and the work was completed in a timely matter. I would recommend them to others! Also, Yong did the very good customer service!!! A+++++++

I had my roof replaced by Sign Roofing earlier this year. We recently find some fixing required, under their warranty terms. However, when I try to contact the salesman Edward or the company, the communication means are all found to be disabled. Looks like the company is closed down. Well, another lesson learnt in life here. Just ensure you get multiple, real references before deciding on a contractor for your services.

On the day of work, Jay & his super crew arrives before 7:15am. They purposefully add more half day staff to increase the manpower to accomplish the majority of work by noon. They finally complete the work & all clean up just before the drizzle shower starts after 3pm. Great planning & organizing to make the best out of your hard working team. We contacted Sign Roofing based on their ratings, for an estimate to replace the roof of our semi-detached house and garage for our house and our attached neighbour's house. Not all companies want to replace a roof on a 3-storey house. Yong came to give us and our attached neighbour an estimate. He flew a drone over the properties to do the estimate. We chose Owens Corning shingles with an underlayment over the entire roof, including ice water shield for the first 3 feet. After giving a ten percent deposit of agreeing to the price, they came to install ours and our neighbours roof about one month later. Jay showed up with a crew of five others at 8am to install the roof, and sectioned off the work areas with yellow tape. They wore hard hats for protection. They worked solidly with only a break for lunch, completing the work on both houses and the garages by 4pm. After the work was completed, they cleaned up thoroughly. Yong came and flew the drone over the new roof to take pictures, which he sent to us. Yong has been quite responsive, very friendly and punctual throughout the process and answered all our questions. Overall we are quite satisfied with the work and would recommend them to others.
