★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly don't go here to tan. I go here for the spa! The esthetician is well beyond her years. She goes above and beyond and knows all the current trends. I go to her for my eyelashes and for microblading. Her microblading skills are above anything I have researched online, and is worth a lot more than they charge. They should really flaunt more of her work on the website. Complete hidden gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I got my eyebrows microbladed. She did very bad job. Both are different. One is way too thick and high and other one is thin and low. I requested her if she can fix it. She started blaming me that this is what I wanted. I went to several other places if somebody could fix it for me but nobody is ready to touch it. The only way is remove through the laser. Now I am spending more money to get them remove. I tried contacting the lady who did it she is not even have time to look at it. Whenever I call the girl says she is not in today. I went there twice so I could show it to her. They always say she is with a client. They tell me to leave my number so she will call me back. I never got any call back. So I finally thought not to call her again because nobody is going to listen me there. I don't want anybody to go through the same situation. People laughed on my face. I became a joke just because of her bad job done. I will never refer anybody to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've left several messages over the course of the last week and a half and no one has returned my call which from a customer service standpoint is unacceptable.
(Update as of May 24) I got a call back and booked an appointment for a few weeks down the road. I will update this rating once my appointment is done.
***UPDATE MAR 23 2018***
I had a great experience when I went for my first appointment. I've gone back several more times as mu lash tech Gabrielle was really good. I've changed my rating from a 2 to a solid 4 as my experiences were pretty nice after the really bad first one (no call back).

She did such a great job that I came back and got my permanent lip liner and shading done with her as well! She was very professional, polite and patient. Both my eyebrows and lips look really natural which is what I wanted. I highly recommend her!
