They respond to emails promptly and communicate with parents/ guardians very well, sending updates regularly. My grandson loves his teachers and is excited each day to go and see his new friends. I am so happy to have found this place.

The current teachers and manager are so caring and patient, and really go above and beyond to ensure the kids are well cared for and that parents are kept in the loop with daytime updates, pictures and lots of communication. The kids go on daily outdoor adventures, and when the weather is bad, they have access to a big gym downstairs, which my daughter absolutely loved. When the centre re-opened after the Covid lockdown, we felt absolutely confident sending her back given the safety protocols put in place. She is sad to leave, but it's time for the next adventure: kindergarten!

The staff are friendly and attentive and clearly care about our children. After the COVID shut down they acted swiftly to make sure we had a safe place to bring our kids back to. My son is now heading off to Kindergarten and we know he'll miss it there. Especially the big gym (which is his favourite!) where they take Tae Kwon Do classes and get to run around and play. Miss Krystal, the manager is great to deal with and she always goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are being met.
L	Lisa Hinton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so very thankful for our Sidekicks family! We’ve spent time at other childcare places prior to discovering Sidekicks but the experience is night and day. The caregivers do so much more than “keep your kids alive” - they are true educators! My two boys are always pumped to go, they love the games and activities, and arts and projects, the big indoor gym, and all the outdoor adventures they are constantly going on. I am satisfied that they’re both physically and mentally stimulated/challenged everyday. The parents are very well informed about the children and it’s easy and comfortable to communicate with all the staffs. We’re very pleased and HAPPY to have found Sidekicks.

The daycare is located above the taekwondo gym and daycare has access to the gym where is huge space for kids to run and play around and it’s a fantastic amenity especially during raining session. My daughter loves it. Beside good space and very child-friendly environment, educators are more than wonderful. They are kind, patient, caring and educated about childhood and offer good balance of freedom and discipline to kids that can support their development and wellbeing. I really recommend such a good daycare to families who live around.

There are so many great things I can share but the list is quite long. The manager Ms. Krystal is amazing to work with. She is so caring and very on top of things. Ms. Wagsma is an amazing teacher and really understands what the kids need and so patient. My son has learned so much from them. The daycare is very clean and they have implemented really good covid-19 protocols to keep our kiddos safe. There is an indoor gym just downstairs which is great for them to burn off some energy and a park just right across the street. We get frequent updates with pictures of what the kiddos are up to. I cannot thank the staff enough for taking such great care of my son over the last few years. If you are looking for childcare, I definitely recommend Sidekicks. Your kiddos will be in great hands.
J	Juliane Johansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sidekicks is wonderful childcare facility With Ms Krystal's help, we promptly joined the family in April and were welcomed with open arms. Both my boys are thrilled going to the daycare and enjoy the other kids and care givers. The play gym down stairs is a huge asset for the kids (running, jumping, forts, tae kwon do), not to mention the park and nature tree walk across the street. They have an abundance of toys, puzzles etc plus regularly do science 'games'. Personally, I really appreciate the wonderful care givers as they are very sweet and caring. They really love and enjoy spending time with the children. It is a big family.

My son is still at the daycare and he absolutely loves it’s there. The teachers always have new activities line up for the kids, lots of outdoor time when weather permits. I highly recommend this daycare.
