★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called to enquire about a product in stock. I was transferred to the Manager "John" who replied "No" and quickly hung up on me. I had had further questions and clearly he wasn't in the mood to answer them. Why would anyone appoint a person with no customer service skills as a manager is beyond me. Will never shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough cashiers and staff seem more interested in talking to each other in aisles than helping out the lineup. Prices in end caps wrong but cashier won't do scanning code of practice. Supervisor also wouldn't give to me even though its not expired like your sticker says. Prescriptions take too long, and the blonde girl in cosmetics is your typical aggressive sales person. Only department that seems to have their priorities straight is the post office.
If I decide to go to Shoppers it's always to the Maple Ridge stores.

They will either lose it, not process until you get there to pick up, or something else.
Sometimes, frustration can be softened with apologies. Here, you only get more frustrated. I would not miss them at all if the BC Health discredited them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in looking for a cleanser due to some cystic acne I’m experiencing. A wonderful young lady named Amber (that was the name on the receipt) was able to assist me. Amber went above and beyond, going as far as to give me samples of serums that my also be beneficial for my situation. As corny as it sounds given the situation, her kindness and hospitality really made my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best shoppers to shop in Fraser valley! My questions 100% answered by friendly attitude and knowledgeable staff. Very busy pharmacy with phone ringing non-stop, and getting my med on time because I called ahead to verify. Cashier lined up but no one willing to use the self check out that I don’t really understand why. And I certainly don’t understand all those previous negative reviews with nasty nicknames or staff name call out, what a negative slap for a busy store trying offer their best during difficult time! With how underpay retail environment is right now, I would thank them for being there for us. They deserve a five star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always loved the beauty department at Shoppers because of the beauty products that they stock and the helpful staff. Tonight was an extraordinary experience that I just had to share.
I asked for help at the beauty department in purchasing a new foundation. The sales lady selected multiple options and we did the color matching to my skin. She primed my skin and applied the different products. When checking out, I wanted to purchase the primer that she had used on my face. She checked the shelf, and they were sold out. She said that I could have hers. I asked if it was a tester, and she replied, "No its not a tester, it is my personal item. You can just have it." I tried not to accept it as it seemed way too generous but she insisted. She also loaded me up with free samples of face lotions to take home and try.
I felt very taken care of.
