It picks on certain employees because of age and takes them out of their usual position to fill racks and cashier. Yet they have seniority, and others in the same position don’t have to share job duties with less seniority and at all. You are breaking employment laws but don’t care. Nice Corporate attitude. To the owner. You know this is happening but you seem to ignore it? Why is that? You are part of the problem and we dont need people like you who bend over for corporate and money rather than people who make you the money. Nice way to treat people and behave in this day and age of blatant corruption and corporate bullying. Grow a conscience! and brain
P	P.K W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Persian fellow in the pharmacy who's name is Ali is beyond unprofessional to call it at best... I was not even a customer and he chased me out of the store continued to yell at me to f×cK off and to not come back in the store. I've filed a complaint with the collage of pharmacologists and am meeting the the city's MP to discuss how bad my experience in Osoyoos has been. There is a code of conduct, follow it including the owner who clearly stands by this behaviour it's known across the city Avoid Oliver too as it's owned by the same group of unprofessional pharmacists. They discriminate people with disabilities or said disabled people are not allowed in the store. Told a down syndrome lady to leave the store because she was not wearing a mask. Good job way to treat the disabled. Slow clap loser.

T	TERESA LINTON on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy staff offer the absolute worst customer service. I'm not exaggerating when I say EVERY time I've had to use the pharmacy I've been treated terrible. I'm a pretty upbeat happy person but when I leave I'm angry and frustrated. The management really needs to address this. I will take my business to the pharmasave or go to Penticton . VERY SAD!

I went up to the till one day and instead of a curtous "hello", the first sentence out of the employee's mouth was "are you paying with cash?" Absolutely disrespectful. I doesn't matter what I pay with, if I head to the till, it means I appricite the cashier's job. If no one is at the till, I won't bother shopping here. A cashier deserves thier job, not to be replaced by a machine, and it's not an excuse to not go to the till either. This store used to be amazing, now it's severly gone downhill. I feel that some retraining in customer service is needed.
