★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm usually happy with this location. Tonight that changed. I had the worst experience that I've ever had at Shoppers!! The nasty old lady with glasses who was working cash decided that it was acceptable to tell me to stand behind the plexiglass when I WAS ALREADY BEHIND IT!!!!! Is this how your staff is trained?? To be rude to customers like that?? And then proceed to talk to another customer, IN FRONT OF ME, about what just transpired?? I will never recommend this Shoppers location to anyone! Nor will I be returning to shop there either!
I only gave 1 star because I had to. My true rating would be a big fat 0!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Employee told me i woukd have to wait a long time if i didnt yse self check out. During a pandemic i refuse to use a screen that is used by countless other people. The worst customer service in all stores i have ever used. Horrible lazy employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy: They flat out ignored me on the phone. I called for my prescription as I need to order it in advance prior to my doctors appointments as I do every month. This time they ignored me by just keeping me on hold or when they answer I can hear their phone moving in the background and I am yelling “hello, hello?!” And they hang up on me. I did this more than 5 times and the same result. Not impressed at all. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy. Thank you for reading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy does not deserve even a single star. My daughter was sick, can hardly breath and she needs her antibiotic. I called the pharmacy Wednesday afternoon to ask if the doctor has sent the order, the lady said yes but wont be able to give us the medicine till the next day. I asked what time the next day, she said she's not sure and ask me to call back. She did not offer a solution to get our much needed meds faster, If she can't do it, she could have forwarded the order to other pharmacies. I have the same experience with Walmart pharmacy and they handle it a lot better. As of this writing, my daughter is coughing, vomiting, could not eat and sleep, and so weak. This is the last time i will deal with this pharmacy.
Called again the next morning to follow up, the person answering the phone is so rude and she sounds like she doesn't want to be there, no solution offered again.
Follow up, I called Harbourview pharmacy to ask if i can transfer the prescription to them. The lady at that pharmacy said she will call Shoppers Concordia and she can have the medication ready in 5 minutes. She asked for my number and will call me when the meds are ready.
Night and day difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit this Shoppers location quite often as it is in the area which I live in. This location is one of their bigger chains offering health & beauty, digital photo centre, a pharmacy and very generous sized grocery department. The is lots of parking here. The store also has lottery services & self checkouts. Everytime I have been here I have has a positive experience. This is a well stocked, clean organized location. Aisles big enough to pass and friendly/knowledgeable service. I continue to shop here. Recommended
