J	Jaymie Pastoor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 day post open heart surgery my wife was in need of a medication that was key to the surgery's success. We got caught in traffic and she was very late. I told the tech and she refused to fast track it and said I would have to wait in cue and get it when I get it. My wife then had to hobble in and cry to the pharmacist to get it. The tech was more concerned about how I was wearing my mask. Middle aged, frizzy hair, glasses. You know who you are. And this isn't the first time either.

I’ve had issues at a different local pharmacy in Woodstock due to their hours of operation and lack of medication. Ultimately Shoppers has been the best pharmacy option for me because they’re open late, making it convenient to go pick up prescriptions and they get my medication in quickly (even if I forget to refill and order it last minute). I also always have questions about the skincare and buy a lot of the La Roche Posay products. Jeremiah who is one of the cosmetic employees is always working when I go to buy skincare and he’s super knowledgeable and friendly! Always helps me choose the right products :)
R	Raj Dhillon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yesterday i went there for photographs for citizenship applications. really disappointed charged 56$ for digital for 2 and still my photographs rejected. photo quality is worse and the person who took that photographs doesn't have any idea of photography. very bad experience

J	Jennie Gerard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont bother booking an actual appt time for a shot booked one and finally got the shot 30 minutes after my appt time. Signed in and people who didnt book appt times were taken first ? Took 55 minutes total time. Brutal disorganized mess

Every time I go in they follow me around call security and print off another receipts. I’m 99% sure it’s because I'm indigenous, tell your employees to stop harassing indigenous people in your store.
S	Scott H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for Jay the manager at Shoppers Drug Mart at 333 Dundas st. Because of him I will never go to another Shoppers Drug Mart again. My family (me, my wife and two young children) have been great customers of this store as well as many other Shoppers Drug Mart stores for the last 10 - 20 years. We are optimum point collectors and we use all of our pharmacy services here, as well as get our groceries. Unfortunately today I was kicked out of the store for trying on a knee brace before attempting to purchase it by the store manager Jay. Yes, that’s right. Kicked out of the store for trying on a knee brace. I have never been kicked out of a store in my life. I go in, keep to myself, complete my purchases, and get out. There are plenty of other pharmacy’s and stores around who know how to treat their good customers well. What goes around comes around Jay. I work and volunteer in this community. I won’t be back. I will tell everyone I know not to go to your store because of how you treated me. Nor will I ever go to another Shoppers Drug Mart again. Congratulations Jay and Shoppers Drug Mart. You lost a great customer. I wouldn’t be surprised if you lose more.
