I went in there to ship a few items, the guys didn't only help me bring the stuff inside but also through packaging and shipping it. Also they were very helpful with items I wanted to buy in general. I've rarely seen this much pride in customer service. Really great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some Kinder egg products are recalled. I bought a bunch and tried to bring it to Shoppers to return. The lady said we needed a receipt and said she wasn't there when we purchased them; she was there the day we got them; she was helping the new cashier ring them through. When I brought them back for the 2nd time she was practically hollering out loud, saying she has "A LARGE RETURN," a couple of times, which took less than or not even 5 minutes, it was a recall return. If it wasn't recalled, I would have kept them. I totally felt discriminated against how everything was handled...
