S	Susan Stevenson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cosmetic area is very nice and super nice and helpful staff. The pharmacy used to be very good, but for some reason the last few months have been brutal. It seems like the staff have all changed and no one knows what they are doing. The postal office area is efficient. The machines to print photos should be cleaned regularly, the screens were so dirty I was not able to see my photos to select them. We moved our prescriptions today to another pharmacy. Don't think we are alone.

Several have worked there all the time I've been going, which alone, says something. The relatively new Pharmacist/owner, Simon Lu, is friendly and very competent.

I have found the staff especially in the pharmacy dept to be fantastic and very friendly. I enjoy going to the store knowing I will be taken care of.
M	Melyssa Merrigan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a COVID-19 test, with results available within 48 hours of a specific date, while many other places couldn't bother to answer the phone or make appointments available, this shoppers answered any questions promptly and I was able to revieve a test with results available 20 minutes after and no appointment necessary. Great experience!

Who are they to decide whether I need them or not? It is an over-the-counter medication! I will NEVER shop there again. I will suffer incredibly because of them! If there was a way to give minus stars I absolutely would. NEVER, EVER again!!!!! Rude, unfriendly, unhelpful & uncaring about medical needs.

When I asked if I had done something wrong she shot back in an impatient tone 'Hang on, I'm doing it'. It would be better to have someone at this station who is prepared to assist/teach the public how to check out.

They will not take no for an answer, and if you refuse to go to the self-checkouts, they get mad at YOU. This has happened twice now. HELLO !!!! There is definitely something wrong with this. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all. I'm giving this store one star because I have to pick between 1 and 5.
R	Rhonda Way on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually love this store but not today! Went in to get gift cards and went to use a cashier but was denied! I was not recommended to use the self check out but forced! The woman actually took my gift cards and scanned them herself and made me do the transaction at the self checkout! I wanted a cashier to do it, with a name on the bill incase there was an issue later when the gift cards were used. To make matters worse I had planned on paying cash because I was picking them up for someone else and had to use my own debit card to pay because they don’t take cash at the self check out. Horrible service and rude!!! There are some fantastic staff at this store but this one really ruined the shopping experience!
