β β β β β Called at 7:30pm to make sure my package was there. Told them I'd be there in an hour to pick it up. When I got there at 8:30pm, they had decided to close the store... Hours say until 10pm.....

β β β β β They never pick up the phone. Never open during the times they have scheduled. UPS needs to stop sending packages to this location!

β β β β β Checked the "they don't answer the phone" theory - seems correct. Let it ring for over a minute... in the end, though, there was someone there, signed for package, all is well. :) These little shops are a little overwhelmed lately with everything shipping everywhere as per ebay and amazon - I give them credit for doing as well as they do.

β β β β β I wasn't home when UPS attempted delivery. When I called this number to verify if my package was at this location, a lady answered the phone and kindly took the time check my name against the other packages. It took time to verify but my package arrived!
On pick up she was polite and quickly found my box. Quick and hassle free.
