Terrible customer service, I asked to break a 5 the guy said he didn't have any change so I bought gum to get change and then he proceeded to be passive aggressive about the change.

Would rate it half a star if possible. Went in to buy a flexepin (which is available at all locations), and the lady at the counter stared back like a deer in the headlights. She didn't even know what it was and said they didn't carry it. Waste of time, never going back to this location.

This place has seriously gone downhill. Pop in the fridge is so old they're always flat, frozen products are freezer burned, and they make payment as inconvenient as possible. First they disabled tap and swipe on their machines - if your chip card doesn't work, you're out of luck. But NOW they've added a $0.50 charge for card transactions!

Edit: Below was my first time going there, and a year later I went again today on March 31st, 2018. Do they hire staff who cannot operate the lotto machine?!? It was an older gentleman and I asked for three 649 with encore. After about 5 mins of him standing there, he turns to me and ask 649? And I said yes, "three with encore please". He then asks me one ticket or separate. So I tell him same ticket please. He proceeds to print 3 separate tickets and puts them on the counter. I tell him no, I said the same ticket. He reprints. And then I wanted 3 lotterio with encore and the EXACT same process. I should have stayed away. Entire process took close to 15 minutes because I had to wait while he cancelled the error tickets. Sweet Geebus. So I went here on Monday, looks to be a new guy working as I've never seen him before. Normally I am in and out after getting what I need like lottery tickets and it's generally a 4 star experience but not this time. I sign and had over my 4 lotto tickets and ask to have them all replayed exactly the same. After about 10 mins he hands me just the papers that say they aren't winners to which I replied "I wanted them replayed." I wait another 5 minutes of him standing there, I tell him "After you check the ticket, a box appears asking if you want to replay the same numbers, just hit yes." So he rechecks a ticket and then hands me a new ticket. I notice on the new ticket it doesn't say "repurchased" at the top and tell him "this is a new ticket, not my same numbers." He insists it's the same. I ask for my old ticket back and right away they are all different numbers. If you don't know how to operate the machine, fine, just say so. But to lie to my face, like come on. So I try to explain to the guy what replaying the same numbers means. He keeps disagreeing with me that the $6 ticket I am hold is the same as the $6 old ticket I gave him. Finally he tells me to come behind the counter and do it myself. Umm what? So I go behind the counter and repurchase my numbers (good thing I worked at a convenience store during my University days so it was easy to remember). Afterwards I go to pay for my tickets and he tries to charge me for the misprinted $6 he made. I tell him I don't want it and to cancel that since it was his mistake. I literally had to argue for him to stop asking me to pay. This location is convenient for me, but if he's going to be working here regularly, I'm going down the street to Rabba. The guy clearly needs more training and a lesson in customer service.

I cannot believe during these times charging $40 for hand sanitizer you should be ashamed of yourself as a business. We should be helping each other during this difficult time. You are truly disgusting human beings.

I had a good experience at this place, I wanted to drop my FedEx package and they were respectful and honest about pickup time.

Amazing customer service, the cashier was very knowledgeable and I was able to find everything I needed.

I love coming there everyday to get groceries the people who work there are the nicest people on this planet especially that young handsome gentleman.
