★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a Uhaul and it was just terrible. Got a text at 9am telling us the truck was ready for pick up, but once we got there, it was in for repairs and they did not know when it'll be done. Above the confusion their system was offline, and could not rent a trailer either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had our oven element burn out at 5:50PM in the evening. Phoned them, and not only did they stay late to check if they had a replacement, they kept the building open until my wife could run down there and pick it up. Fantastic customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a couch from there. Absolutely loved the couch but after 2 months a recliner part broke. Called them and they said they will order a new part. Well 6ish months later and still nothing. Called and emailed and still no part. Very unsatisfied.
