They do not stand up to their 90 warranty guarantee in fact they will do anything they can to not stand by it. The owner Jeremy just hung up on me when I tried to talk to him completely unprofessional! And Robert their warranty representative is completely incompetent just lies thru his teeth. Go anywhere else you possibly can because you will get SCAMMED! Everyone needs to know the truth about this company they are absolutely horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was driving home one night with my two small daughters when my drive shaft snapped off. Molly was patient, helpful & quick thinking while the girls and I were stranded. By the next morning she had a full drive line priced out & ready for me. She was accommodating with my schedule and took payment so I could pick it up after hours. She was with me every step of the way with getting my SUV back on the road at the lowest price! I would definitely recommend calling truck mart & asking for molly specifically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 10 stars I would, I ordered a hard to find instrument cluster for my 05 super duty for a very fair price but when I received it appeared to be damaged in shipping upon phoning JS Truckmart back they immediately found me a replacement option and offered me to either be refunded fully or to have the replacement cluster priority shipped to me at they're cost. I chose to have the replacement cluster sent out and received a good working cluster within 2 days of the phone call. These folks stand behind they're products and have amazing customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for hard to find parts.
