I started with a Facebook message asking to have a pair of boots held and after realizing my store hours mimicked theirs the owner arranged an appointment to try them on after my business closed and theirs. I can’t say enough about how personable this experience was. No rushing, no side glances and no watch checking. Just laughter, conversation and personal stories. Wow! I left with 3 additional pairs that all happened to be on sale and feeling wonderful. Thank you so much for making my day!
