★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belchamber apartments was condemned approx 5 years ago and has been boarded up ever since. It is well known to the residents of sarnia that this place had a brutal reputation of undesirable clients before being shut down and everyone seems to stay away from it. No parking and the size/nature of the units means the undesirable clients of this building will always stay the same. Unfortunately this is something that a name change and renovations cannot combat. I heard the property has changed hands so hopefully the new owners will figure out a way to convince people that its not as bad as everyone thinks. Beautiful water view though.
