★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sharing 3 stars because for the majority of the time, The Kenwick Building is typically clean, however the elevators leave a lot to be desired. When they have 3 elevators and 1 is on service. One is broke down and the last one is used to transport people to and from their floors...it can be an extremely long wait. You have to go back outside in order to find the stairs just to he able to use them!! You also need your lobby key to be able to unlock the door for use of the stairs. Hopefully with some improvements The Kenwick will change. Here's hoping they make The Kenwick a better place to visit/live ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was nice at first but now the supers don't care about anything. Hallways and stair wells do not get cleaned weekly, there are a bunch of drunks that dont live here with keys getting in ,And when you call head office to complain or ask to speak to someone they don't get back to you I'm still waiting for free to return a phone call from over 4 weeks ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kenwick building is scary place... I lived there for 6 six months and move after cars start to being vandalized in the parking lot. There is some good and polity people living there, but many times you can see "types" that looked like they came from "Texas Chainsaw Massacre". I the kind of place you are constantly wonder what happen behind the doors and has the constant felling that madness lurks around every corner. Not for amateurs, for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first moved to Sarnia I was told to stay away from Kenwick. Im glad I didn't! I love the convenience and perks they offer; a game room, storage, sauna, lounges and a roof top bbq/patio. It also has an attached mini grocery store, and the evenings are quiet and peaceful.
There are bad seeds everywhere, no matter what neighborhood you're in, what's important is that they are constantly improving our living conditions. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the littered parking lots and elevator issue.(The patio views are beautiful)
