★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only place in town that refuses to take credit cards over the phone or email. Wont even adjust their policy during COVID 19. They make you come in to their warehouse to use the credit card terminal. This is a lack of care for the their employees and customers. Even though they have procedures to reduce chance of contamination, it still increases the risk of having everyone come in to pay.
Its 2020 already guys, wake up because this a terrible customer experience. You are the only one I've ran into that's not taking cards over the phone. stubborn leadership. probably also refuses to let employees work from home.
