I came in here to buy the exact same item I purchased a month ago and ask a question about cleaning the one we bought last time. The old man with the long Gray/black beard said and I quote "You know who you should ask about cleaning it? Go ask your mother!" and proceeded to smirk. We stood there in disbelief and the other couple in the store also looked at him. He tried to peddle back and say "well mothers know everything about cleaning". We ignored it proceeded to pay, the old man looks us both up and down and tells us it's $45. I tell him we just purchased the same thing a month ago for $30. He insists we're lying and demands to know who sold it to us. I tell him the skinny guy always smoking at the entrance of the store. He responds "I should fire him if that were true, fine I will give it to you for $40" I tell him that isn't right and he begins to make a scene and says he'll prove to me that $45 is the price. He shouts to another employee and asks the price. The other employee looks us up and down as well and says $50! We walked out ashamed at how juvenile a person his age could behave. Turns out that item is $15 and we picked it up near Wilson and Bathurst.

Heck, I've even seen some customers helping each other out here. So refreshing to see that in today's world. People uniting over Shisha. Lol The people working here don't care about making extra profit from you. They listen to your needs first and based on your budget or preferences, they recommend what to buy and what will work for you/home, etc. I loved that. There are a ton of choices and something for everyone especially if you're picky. I've picked up the orange flavor initially with the kit which was recommended. It was good, so I went and bought two more flavors that were good as well. Definitely try this place out if you're an amateur at this stuff. Staff is very nice and helpful.
