J	Jordie Yow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great if not clearly named. The fondue felt more like a dip and the Reuben was delicious but definitely didn't taste like a Reuben. Watercress fry dip is excellent. Edit: building on this theme their kale caesar has no kale in it but is instead made with spring greens. I don't like kale so this is an improvement in my mind, but... weird... like learn how menus work? The service was great as was the view of the lake. Cons: Any cocktail that had any sugar in it normally had way too much sugar in it. Edit: I had previously written that they closed at arbitrary times without warning. They seem to have solved this staffing issue and follow their hours more regularly!
T	Taylor Martyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great views, friendly staff and excellent food. I had the chowder which was absolutely delicious. I also had the waffle fries with dip which were also excellent. I've been in a few times, but it would be much more if I didn't live in England.

Beautiful view of Powell Lake as its right beside the ramp, excellent food, excellent service, very, very good pricing. What they offer there other pubs are asking 25, 30% more at minimum. I look forward to eating there again!

Food was delicious & the setting was beautiful! Staff was super friendly. Also - they pulled off a last minute dinner reservation for group of 40 for our hockey team. It was great! good for kids too! Thank you to Ryan & the Shingle Mill staff - from the Pirates!

My old fashioned was one of the best I've had made in town and the pork chop was amazing! This is our new date night spot for sure!

The service was exceptional, the food was amazing and the view from our table was spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at the restaurant, we will definitely hit it up again next time we come to town.
