★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner called to ask about pricing to clean a small area rug (from costco $149). They quoted $129 and explained they used many solutions for a deep clean. It was beneficial for us to buy a new carpet. They then said okay well will clean it for $99 no tax just cash. My partner said they would call them back. We missed 3 calls from them and they text'd saying they would do it for $79. Intial quoting from $129 to $79. We chose NOT to go with them. People, save yourself from being swindled. (BTW we had to block their number cause they wouldn't stop calling)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had Shine Clean our Carpets as well as do our Furnace duct cleaning. Not only was this husband wife team prompt with communication and scheduling but they did an absolutely amazing job on our carpets. They also gave us tips in regards to our furnace and duct cleaning and showed us the before and after with regards to their work. Can't say enough good things about them. Also the cost was reasonable for the great job they did. Will definitely use them again.

Gave all the proper dimensions (1364 SQFT, 3 bedrooms with a large dining room area) was quoted 280$ and when they got there they told me that this was a lot larger than they were expecting and that the "fair price" was 350.00$. Pushed me into paying it and were done 45 minutes later. Did not appreciate being put on the spot like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our carpet had previously been cleaned with a rented Rug Doctor from Home Depot. However, there were still some tough spots and dark patches there were stuck in the carpet. We called Shine Carpet on a Friday afternoon and they were quick to respond to our needs in just a few hours. The price was reasonable and they worked fast to clean out the areas we could not. They have very friendly staff and have great customer service.
TL;DR - 10/10 would recommend to friends and family for speedy service and satisfactory results!
Also I have some before and after photos of my carpet. But for some reason, my Google review will not show up if I include the photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We relied on Google reviews before we decided to hire Shine carpet care. Unfortunately the service didn't meet our expectations. We usually do our carpets once a year as we have a pet. Our regular cleaner was not available so we opted to use a local company. Shine Carpet was available on a moment's notice and accommodated us asap. Good start on phone inquiry and responsiveness was appreciated. When they arrived on site and started work I was concerned as they were very fast. Typically our house will take 4-5 hours but they were done in 2.5! We did our carpets in May so we knew the carpets were not bad but we specifically requested for certain areas where our dog sleeps and our kid's room where make up was present on carpet to go over for a deeper clean. Those same spots still appeared dirty when carpet dried next day. We requested them to come back to go over once again and they agreed but I was surprised they showed up a day earlier than agreed upon and only spot cleaned one area. My husband had to rent a Rug Doctor to clean the areas again so it ended up costing us more in the end. There is nothing worse than having to go over work that professionals have already done.
Hoping this is just an isolated case and the company will take a bit more time to make customers happy with service.
