★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love going to this salon, they have a lot of colour options and up to date designs. My nail technician is Chantelle, she's super friendly, gentle and overall great technician. Been going to her for years and don't think I can trust anyone else with my nails!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the first time with my mom to get pedicures. There were protective measures up such as glass shields between myself and the nail technician and limited people in the spa. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. I was happy with the pedicure. The prices are good as well. Glad this place is so close to where I live. I will be coming back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last time I was here, my friend and I had to wait about an hour to get our Manicures and Pedicures done because she will take walk-ins before appointments and she double/triple books so there's literally no point of booking an appointment with the shop. The owner, (Lina) was rude and her English was terrible. When I asked her why the color looked so different on my nails than on the sample she replied with "yes." I also heard her talking bad behind previous clients backs. I wonder if she talks bad about me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girl doing my pedicure called her friend half way through my appointment and was on speakerphone having a conversation for 10 minutes, swearing, not paying attention to the pedicure. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went and got a full by the owners daughter, later that day one of my nails came off, within the next 3 days almost all of my nails fell off. I have been getting my nails for 10 + years and this has never happened. I called and talked to the owner and she was very very rude about it and told me I cannot get my nails fixed, she also asked how much I paid for a fill I said $55, she told me I was over charged as it is only $36. So she knows her daughter over charged me and did a terrible fill and did nothing about it. They are not professional and they do a terrible job, the owner included. I really hope no one will go there and please choose a better salon in maple ridge. So unprofessional and a money hungry business. Their bathroom is also very dirty and the wax pot in the wax room was filled with hair, so obviously they do not have any sanitary protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nails done here a few months back and never went back. The lady who I had was not good at all and applied nail polish that was super uneven. She also filed on my nails and left them super thin (to remove a previous nail colour). I asked her to fix the uneven colour and it was still bad no matter how much she tried. I’m giving 3 stars because she was genuinely nice and she tried her best to fix it but it was still not great. I don’t know whether she was new or not trained properly? I was watching another lady do nails and she did a great job on another client. I think the reviews here vary on who does your nails that’s why it’s between 1 star and 5 stars and no middle rating.
