M	Mike Nordmarken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to grab a couple gallons of flat black paint. Guy rings it up, doesn't give me a price, I tell him "i have a coupon for 30% off." He proceeds to re-ring it all in after typing on the keyboard and tells me he'll give me a better price. $50/gallon is the price he then gives me. Seems super shady he re-ran it in. So I get home, call another Sherwin-WIlliams on the other end of town and they tell me "the regular price is $30/gallon for that paint." Place is a scam, or at least the 8th St. location in S'toon is.

I had to bring my kids with me (unusual during COVID) because their mom (my ex) was in the hospital, and I needed to get paint for my new place to paint their rooms. The kids started going a bit crazy with the paint swatches, and I told them they had enough, but Samuel said it was fine, and they could take as many as they wanted to create beautiful art. The kids were thrilled! After making my purchase, Samuel gave the kids a bucket, which they have had more fun with than I would have imagined. It was a fun experience, and seeing them smiling right now fills my heart with joy.

Samuel Idem took his time with me and definitely went over and above to point me in the right direction. I was blown away by his customer service. Sam took my call and was extremely helpful. He matched up the paint we needed from a small paint chip sample that we brought in. They were very busy but they fulfilled our order quickly and the paint color matched perfectly. We were so impressed with their service we will continue to recommend that everyone buy their paint here. Thank you Sam (hope I got the name right!), you went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciated it!
